**Please include your 8 digit numeric code (located under the bar code on
your voucher) when making an appointment.

**You may make 1 cancellation up to 12 hours prior to your appointment
without any penalty. Two or more cancellations will incur a $80 cash fee
to reschedule and use Groupon voucher.

** "No Shows" will automatically incur a $40 cash fee and a credit card on file to reschedule and redeem voucher.

**Expiration- Vouchers expire 120 days after purchase. You may book an
appointment before the expiration with no penalty even if service date is
after expiration. When booking an appointment after expiration date has
passed you will be charged full amount minus what was paid to Groupon.

**Those who disagree with GROUPON POLICY, do not purchase.
