Swedish Relaxation Massage Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish Massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip in to a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage Designed to ease severe muscle tension. Deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve chronic muscle pain, heal injuries, and improve range of motion.
Therapeutic Massage Massage tailored to your specific needs using a combination of swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, passive stretching, lymphatic drainage, and/or energy healing techniques.
Therapeutic Medical Massage Bodywork performed providing immediate improvement and reduced pain focusing on back and sciatic issues. Not a typical massage.
Prenatal Massage Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of the expectant mother. Helps to reduce edema, improves circulation, respiration, and digestion, relieves sore muscles, and reduces stress.
Lymphatic Drainage Extremely light rhythmic touch. A type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Perfect for pre/post surgical procedures with Doctor's consent. Helps relieve swelling and pain of edema in ankles and feet. Detoxes the body.
Body Scrub Massage Exfoliate and refresh dry skin. Natural, organic products massaged on to skin to remove dry, dead skin.
Cupping A form of deep tissue massage, concentrating on areas of pain, discomfort, or immobility utilizing "cups" that are either silicone, hard plastic, or glass.
Slide- Cupping performed with silicone cups and massage oil. Cups are continuously moving on focused areas.
Dry- Cupping performed with plastic cups that are contained/stationary on focus areas. Please consult with therapist prior to treatment.
